Earl Ray Tomblin, along with West Virginia Department of Commerce Secretary Keith Burdette, on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, awarded the International Market Entry Award to 37 organizations from across the Mountain State. These awards honor West Virginia organizations that successfully exported to a new country.
