First of all, customers should offer us part samples or drawings together with detailed requirements by email or fax. The drawing format can be 2D or 3D like JPG, PDF, DWG, DXF, STP, IGS, X_T, etc.

We respect client's all intellectual property. Without their written permission, we will never disclose drawing or other information to any third parties. 

NDA documents will be signed to protect customer's rights or patents before they send drawings or samples to us. 

When we get drawings even samples from customers, we will prepare a detailed quote in 48 hours. The quotation details will include material model, processes involved, manufacturing time of each process, total lead time, total costs, etc. 

Once client confirms our quotation, we will purchase raw materials immediately without time wasted. Next, effective CNC machining processes and injection molding trails would be arranged as soon as possible. When parts are finished and passed tests, we will arrange shipping instantly to ensure on-time delivery.
